  • Listings on the Doctor Directory on the website ipcarolinas.org Includes the practice logo and physician photo, along with information on each physician member & practice information. (only paid members will have listings)
  • Staff recruitment assistance, Admin will share resumes of qualified individuals as requested
  • Submit news and announcements for our page with Mecklenburg County Medical Society’s magazine, Mecklenburg Medicine. News can be anything noteworthy to the medical community as it is a peer-to-peer format of information. Examples: New practice, new provider, new location, Open house/events, Charity work, fundraisers, volunteering, Awards, accreditations, new boards passed, etc.
  • Administrators of the practice of a paid physician member will have benefits to our programs and receive membership rates on Admin meeting luncheons
  • Group advertising discounts- web marketing for IPC
  • Group advertising privileges, only members may participate
  • Email updates for relevant information to MD’s and admin
  • complementary update posts of members “NEWS” on our social media pages.
  • Discount email blasts for your activities as approved: Open houses, charitable events, fundraisers.
  • List of all members in a PDF file (upon request)

(we will no longer place ads in the Charlotte Magazine top docs edition- We will send out an email blast reminding for you to vote for your favorite physicians to appear in the Top Docs Magazines)

Membership Dues are assessed Annually by calendar year.
Membership eligibility is MD, DO, DPM or NP’s and PA-C’s that own their own practices.

2025 dues are $300 per physician. $250 Early Bird Special until February 1st.

Submit a payment form on the secured PayPal button below for each physician (Note: you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to submit payment. There is a payment option to pay with a debit or credit card). Go to the Drop-Down menu for the # of physicians and proceed with entering your Physician(s) & Practice information. Once your entry has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation Email from the administrator along with a request for your physician/practice information to be included in our Online Doctor Directory from our website (www.IndependentPhysicians.org). If you renew, your physician/practice information is already on the website. You should check the information for any updates and notify the administrator via Email: charlotte@ip-carolinas.org

Only the physician members may have their names in conjunction with the practice listing in any of our medias.

Physicians who are members automatically get membership benefits for their practice administrator/practice manager/office manager/administrative staff.
