We manage our patients’ pain utilizing an integrative, multimodal treatment strategy, and won’t give up until they are satisfied with their pain management with improved function. We customize a treatment plan for each patient using state-of-the-art technology in our office to treat pain before it progresses. We treat the full spectrum of conditions including: back pain, neck pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, arthritis migraines/headaches, joint pain, hip pain, diabetic nerve pain, CRPS (RSD), tendonitis, acute and chronic pain, sports/work/auto injuries, failed back surgery syndrome, among other conditions not listed. Dr. Manvar is double-board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management and has been practicing in Charlotte since 2017. We strive to get referrals scheduled immediately. Majority of interventional therapies are performed in the office, eliminating any associated hospital fees. All insurances accepted.
